Returns & Exchanges

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and we will do our best to make our customers happy. We understand you won’t know that you love your purchase until you try it on, so all merchandise (except that identified as “NO RETURNS”) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if unused, unaltered and in original condition with tags still attached. Please avoid wearing lotions or perfumes while trying on the garments. Any items that are returned in used, soiled, worn and/or washed condition will be disposed of, and we will be unable to issue credits against those returns. 

Refunds will be made for the cost of merchandise only, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return/Exchange Procedure

All items must be returned within 30 days. Please return items in the original bags in which they were packaged. All garments sold as sets must be returned as sets – please no size swapping. If the correct sizes are not returned together we will not provide a credit for the return. There will be no refunds, credits or exchanges given for items marked "NO RETURNS".

If you wish to return an item please:

1. Complete the section on the front side of your packing slip, indicating the item(s) and reason for return. This form must be completed and sent in the package with the merchandise you are returning in order to receive a refund.

2. Pack items for return along with the original packing slip in the original packing or a secure carton. Remove and affix the returns label (found on the front side of your packing slip) to your return package to ensure accurate processing. All returns must include your customer name and order number in order for your return to be processed.

3. The return label is an address label only. You will need to pay for return shipping using the carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend that you send the package using a traceable, insured shipping method. Merchandise is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us in its original condition. Insurance is recommended in the event that a package is lost or damage occurs to the merchandise by the shipping service while in transit. In the unfortunate event that we receive damaged merchandise, we will not provide credit or a refund for the return. Always For Me, LLC. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the shipping service provider.

4. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the instructions above to return the original item. Exchanges are handled as a "return and re-purchase," and you can place your exchange order online. We offer one domestic standard shipping exchange per paid shipping purchase. When checking out, enter the following code in the promotional code box: EXCHANGE1162. When you enter this code you will not have to pay for shipping for your exchange order. You can also contact our customer service department by email at [email protected] Include the style number, size and color of the item you would like us to order for you. These e-mails are taken care of on a daily basis M-F, and we will contact you once the exchange order is complete. 

Returns will be refunded in the method of original payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email once the return is processed and the refund has been completed. There is no need to call to follow up returns. 

Please note that any orders that are refused by the customer upon delivery will be subjected to return shipping fees. In addition, no reimbursements will be given for the original shipping fees.
