Q. How much will it cost to ship my order?
A. Our shipping charges are based on the merchandise purchased and the shipping method that you choose. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. Our site has real time shipping rates that we get directly from the carrier. While you are shopping you can view the shipping calculator at the bottom of your shopping cart. By entering your zip code and state you can calculate your shipping costs before checking out. When checking out you will see the actual shipping costs for the items you have selected. Please note that any orders that are refused by the customer upon delivery, will be subjected to return shipping fees. In addition, no reimbursements will be given for the original shipping fees.
Q. How long will it take to get my order?
A. Most Domestic orders are shipped via UPS. AlwaysForMe.com ships Monday through Friday within 24 hours.ALL ORDERS placed BEFORE 7:00 am Eastern Time will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed AFTER 7:00 am Eastern Time will ship in 48 hours. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday. In order to provide the best level of customer service, Always For Me orders are processed to our warehouse at 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM EST. No changes/cancellations can be made after the orders have been sent to the warehouse.UPS Ground Residential arrives within 4 - 10 BUSINESS DAYS.UPS 2nd Day and UPS Next Day - ALL 2nd day and Next day orders that are placed BEFORE 12 noon Eastern Time will ship out that same day, Monday through Friday. All expedited orders received after 12 noon EST Monday through Thursday will ship the next day. Expedited orders received after 12 noon EST on Friday will ship on Monday.For example:
If you place an UPS Next Day order on Thursday BEFORE 12 noon, it will ship out on Thursday and you will get the package on Friday. If you place an order on THURSDAY BEFORE 12 noon for 2nd Day Air, it will arrive on Monday. UPS does not include Saturdays and Sundays in their normal delivery schedule. If you place your order after noon on Friday, it will be shipped out on Monday.If you need SATURDAY DELIVERY >, this is a special request and you must choose UPS Next Day Saturday delivery before 12 noon EST on Friday. Next Day Air Saturday Delivery is not the same cost as Next Day Air.Also, if it is after 12 noon and you need your order the next day, then please call the NY office at 631-237-4881 and we will try and hand enter the order for you for an additional fee --- as long as UPS has not already picked up the packages from the warehouse.NOTE: Always For Me, Inc. is not responsible for delayed delivery due to weather conditions or flight delays that are out of our control.USPS Priority Mail shipping is available for APO addresses, AK, HI, PR address only.
Q. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? A. The AlwaysForMe.com warehouse is located in New Jersey, USA.
Q. Do you ship to countries outside the United States?A. Yes, International Orders are shipped via USPS Air Parcel post and are delivered locally by your postal service. Shipping USPS AIR PARCEL POST can take anywhere from 7 TO 30 days, depending on the destination and customs processing.OUTSIDE United States (Any State) AIR PARCEL POST 7-10 days (Use for OUTSIDE the US)PLEASE NOTE: When you use Air Parcel Post you are dealing with the regular postal system in the US and the regular postal system in your own country. Different countries take longer to process packages than others. SOME COUNTRIES WILL TAKE 30-60 DAYS TO DELIVER A PACKAGE. We have no control over that.

Due to the varying nature of customs charges - YOU are responsible for any customs/import charges and taxes when your order is received.NOTE: If it costs more to ship your order than is charged, we will notify you of the extra charges. We do not know the total charges until we get the shipping bill from our carrier. Your card will be charged the difference at that time.
Q. How can I track my order?
A. After your order has been shipped you will receive an automated email confirmation from our warehouse that contains a tracking number so that you can track your orders progress. Orders shipped via UPS can be tracked at UPS.com. International orders shipped via USPS Air Parcel post can be tracked at USPS.com.
Q. What is your holiday shipping schedule? A. The AlwaysForMe.com warehouse is closed on the following US holidays.

*Please allow an extra day for processing and delivery when a holiday occurs during your shipping schedule.
