Customer satisfaction is important
to us. Regular full price merchandise can be returned or exchanged within
30 days of purchase, if unused, unaltered and in original
condition with tags still attached.Refunds will be made for the cost of merchandise only shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items marked "No Return" are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
No returns will be accepted
after 30 days. If you have some type of special circumstances, YOU MUST CALL OUR CORPORATE
OFFICE AT 631-237-4881 TO GET MANAGEMENT'S APPROVAL. These returns
will be reviewed and handled on a case by case basis.

you do receive management's approval for a return outside of 30 days,
you will be given a store credit only (a $15 per item restocking fee
will apply). Store credits are valid for one year from date of issue
and may be used by calling 631-237-4881 to place an order. Any unauthorized returns after 60 days will be donated or sent back to customer at their expense.
Clearance items MAY NOT be returned
or exchanged. There will be no refunds, credits or exchanges
given for items marked "NO RETURNS". In addition, any items that are returned in used,
worn and/or washed condition will be disposed of and we will be unable
to issue any credits against those returns.
All items must be returned, within 30
days, in new condition, unused, unaltered and with original tags attached.
Please return items in the original bags in which they were packaged.
All garments sold as sets must be returned as sets - no size swapping
is allowed. If the correct sizes are not returned together you will
not receive credit for the return.
If you wish to return an item please
do the following:
- Complete the section on the
front side of your packing slip, indicating the item(s) and reason for
return. This form must be completed and sent with the returned/exchanged
merchandise to receive a refund.
- Pack items for return along
with this original packing slip in the original packing or a secure
carton. Remove and affix the returns label (found on the front side
of your packing slip) to your return package to ensure accurate processing.
All returns must include your customer name and order number in order
for your return to be processed.
- Return shipping costs are NOT PREPAID. We strongly recommend that
you send the package using a traceable, insured shipping
method. Merchandise is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches
us in its original condition. Insurance is recommended in the event
that a package is lost or damage occurs to the merchandise by the shipping service while
in transit. Should return merchandise be received by us that has been
damaged, no credit or refund will be issued for the return. Always
For Me, Inc. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the
shipping service provider.

item, please follow the instructions above to return the original item.
Exchanges are handled as a "return and re-purchase," and
you can place your exchange order online. We offer one free UPS Ground shipping exchange per paid shipping purchase.
When checking out, enter the following code in the promotional code
box: EXCHANGE1162. When you enter this code you will not have to pay for shipping for your exchange order. You can also contact our customer service
department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include the style number,
size and color of the item you would like us to order for you. These
e-mails are taken care of on a daily basis and we will contact you once
the exchange order is complete. If you prefer you can call our customer

4881 and we will be happy to assist you in placing your exchange order.
Returns will be refunded in the method
of original payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the
credit to appear on your credit card
