
Customer satisfaction is important
to us. Regular full price merchandise can be returned or exchanged within
30 days of purchase, if unused, unaltered and in original
condition with tags still attached. Refunds will be made for the cost
of merchandise only � shipping charges are non-refundable.
Absolutely no returns will be accepted
after 30 days. If you have some type of special circumstances, YOU MUST CALL OUR CORPORATE
OFFICE AT 631-237-4881 TO GET MANAGEMENT�S APPROVAL. These returns
will be reviewed and handled on a case by case basis.
Refunds will
not be issued for merchandise returned after 30 days, in the event that
you do receive management�s approval for a return outside of 30 days,
you will be given a store credit only (a $15 per item restocking fee
will apply). Store credits are valid for one year from date of issue
and may be used by calling 631-237-4881 to place an order.
IMPORTANT:
Clearance items MAY NOT be returned
or exchanged. There will be no refunds, credits or exchanges
given for items marked �NO RETURNS� without prior approval. If these items are sent
back, they will be disposed of and we will be unable to issue any credits
against those returns. In addition, any items that are returned in used,
worn and/or washed condition will be disposed of and we will be unable
to issue any credits against those returns.
Returns/Exchange Procedure:
All items must be returned, within 30
days, in new condition, unused, unaltered and with original tags attached.
Please return items in the original bags in which they were packaged.
All garments sold as sets must be returned as sets � no size swapping
is allowed. If the correct sizes are not returned together you will
not receive credit for the return.

Returns will be refunded in the method
of original payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the
credit to appear on your credit card
statement. We
will notify you by email once the return has been received and the refund
has been completed. There is no need to call to follow up returns. We
are extremely efficient and timely in processing all returns.
