Return and Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Regular full price merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days after receipt of an item if unused, unaltered, and in original condition with tags still attached. Refunds will be made for the cost of merchandise only.
No shipping charges are refunded.
Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Please note: Clearance Items are not returnable: If these items are sent back, they will be disposed of and we will be unable to issue any credits against those returns. In addition, any items that are returned in used, worn and/or washed condition will be disposed of and we will be unable to issue any credits against those returns.

Returns/Exchange Procedure

If you wish to return an item please do the following:

1. Complete the return form included in your original shipment. This form must be sent with the returned/exchanged merchandise to receive the refund/exchange.

2. Pack items for return along with original packing slip in the original packing or a secure carton. Send the package using a traceable, insured mail service. Merchandise is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches us in original condition. Insurance is recommended in the event that damage occurs to the merchandise by the mail service during the return send. Should merchandise be received that has been damaged, the package will be refused and sent back to the customer to dealing with the mail service provider. Always For Me, Inc. is not responsible for packages lost by the mail service provider.

3.If you wish to exchange an item, you can place your exchange order online. You can also contact our customer service department by email at sales@alwaysforme.com. Include the style number, size and color of the item you would like us to order for you. These e-mails are taken care of on a daily basis and we contact you once the exchange order is complete. Returns will be refunded in the method of original payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Our returns are processed once a week on Fridays. We will notify you by email once the return has been received and the refund has been completed. There is no need to call to follow up returns. We are extremely efficient and timely in processing all returns.

****** If you have some type of special circumstances and you need to send back your items AFTER 30 days, YOU MUST CALL TO GET MANAGEMENTS APPROVAL.

But the following will apply:

1-There will be a $15 PER ITEM charge to restock the item.
2-If the item is now on clearance, you will only receive the clearance price, less the $15.
3-You will receive a STORE CREDIT ONLY. Not a credit to your credit card. This store credit is good for one year.You can use this store credit at any time. You will need to call 631-237-4881 (our corporate office in NY), when you place the next order and they will be able to see your store credit in the system.

If a return is sent back without approval and we are not aware of the return, the system will receive the items in but after 30 days, it does not allow a credit to go through. It is important Management knows because they have to hand enter any special adjustments in the system.
