HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

If you wish to exchange an item, you can place your exchange order online. So you will NOT be charged shipping and handling, enter the following code in the promotional code box: EXCHANGE1162. Then in the comments section, enter your order number.

You can also contact our customer service department by email at sales@alwaysforme.com. Include the style number, size and color of the item you would like us to order for you. These e-mails are taken care of on a daily basis and we will contact you once the exchange order is complete.

Or, call our Call Center 24 hours a day at 1-888-CURVY41 (1-888- 287-8941). Exchanged items shipped via ground shipping in the continental U.S. will not incur additional shipping costs. Please give the Call Center the above "Item Code" for the Free Ground Shipping, when you place your exchange order.


WHY WAS I CHARGED TWICE ON MY CREDIT CARD?

Did you use a debit card to make this purchase?

If you use a debit card, then your bank takes out the amount of the order and holds it for 72 hours. then when we ship your product we charge the card so your bank charges your account again. Then, your bank returns the first amount they were holding after the 72 hours are up. Just so you know, this has nothing to do with always for me,inc. This is how banks deal with debit cards.


WHY IS THE NY STATE TAX DIFFERENT?

As of April 1 2006, the NY State Tax has changed. For all ITEMS that are $110 or LESS the tax is 4.625%. If the ITEM is $111 or MORE the tax on that item will be 8.625%. BUT, our Yahoo Store can only calculate tax on ONE percentage. So, the site is set up to calculate the 4.625%. Then we will make the adjustments in the back end of the site if your order needs to be charged more tax.
