Q. HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

A. Exchanges are treated as a "return and re-purchase," and you can place your exchange order on our website. The new order generates a new charge to your credit card. We offer one free domestic standard shipping exchange order per paid shipping purchase. When checking out online, enter the code EXCHANGE1162 so that you will not be charged the domestic standard shipping fee. This code will also give international exchange orders $10 off the international shipping fee.

You may also contact our customer service department to place your exchange order by email at sales@alwaysforme.com. Include the style number, color, and size of the item you would like us to order for you. These e-mails are taken care of on a daily basis and we will contact you once the exchange order is complete.

Q. WHY WAS I CHARGED TWICE ON MY CREDIT CARD?

Did you use a debit card to make this purchase?

If you use a debit card, then your bank takes out the amount of the order and holds it for 72 hours. Then when we ship your product we charge the card so your bank charges your account again. Then, your bank returns the first amount they were holding after the 72 hours are up. Just so you know, this has nothing to do with always for me,inc. This is how banks deal with debit cards.


Q. WHY IS THE NY STATE TAX DIFFERENT?

A. As of April 1 2006, the NY State Tax has changed. For all ITEMS that are $110 or LESS the tax is 4.625%. If the ITEM is $111 or MORE the tax on that item will be 8.625%. BUT, our Yahoo Store can only calculate tax on ONE percentage. So, the site is set up to calculate the 4.625%. Then we will make the adjustments in the back end of the site if your order needs to be charged more tax.

A. Within the package you receive from AlwaysForMe.com will be a sheet explaining the steps to return or exchange your purchase along with a return shipping label. In the case of a return, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the garment back to our warehouse. In the case of an exchange, you will pay the cost of shipping the item back to us, and your new item will be sent via our standard shipping at no additional charge.*First exchange only. Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

A. Customer satisfaction is important to us. All merchandise (except that identified as “NO RETURNS”) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, if unused, unaltered and in original condition with tags still attached. Refunds will be made for the cost of merchandise only shipping charges are non-refundable.
