Q. HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
A. If you wish to exchange an item, you can place your exchange order online. So you will NOT be charged shipping and handling, enter the following code in the promotional code box: EXCHANGE1162. Then in the comments section, enter your order number.
You can also contact our customer service department by email at email@example.com. Include the style number, size and color of the item you would like us to order for you. These e-mails are taken care of on a daily basis and we will contact you once the exchange order is complete.
Or, call our Call Center 24 hours a day at 1-888-CURVY41 (1-888- 287-8941). Exchanged items shipped via ground shipping in the continental U.S. will not incur additional shipping costs. Please give the Call Center the above "Item Code" for the Free Ground Shipping, when you place your exchange order. One exchange with free UPS Ground shipping is allowed per paid shipping order.
Q. WHY WAS I CHARGED TWICE ON MY CREDIT CARD?
Did you use a debit card to make this purchase?
If you use a debit card, then your bank takes out the amount of the order and holds it for 72 hours. Then when we ship your product we charge the card so your bank charges your account again. Then, your bank returns the first amount they were holding after the 72 hours are up. Just so you know, this has nothing to do with always for me,inc. This is how banks deal with debit cards.
Q. WHY IS THE NY STATE TAX DIFFERENT?
A. As of April 1 2006, the NY State Tax has changed. For all ITEMS that are $110 or LESS the tax is 4.625%. If the ITEM is $111 or MORE the tax on that item will be 8.625%. BUT, our Yahoo Store can only calculate tax on ONE percentage. So, the site is set up to calculate the 4.625%. Then we will make the adjustments in the back end of the site if your order needs to be charged more tax.

Q. HOW CAN I ORDER IF I DON'T HAVE A COMPUTER OR AM NOT COMFORTABLE PURCHASING ONLINE?
A. If you do not have a computer, your local library is a good place to go online. The librarians can assist in getting you online to www.AlwaysForme.com, and then you can follow the simple steps to order. OR, you can call our customer service department at 1-888-237-8941 and they’ll be happy to assist you in your purchase. Q. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
A. The AlwaysForMe.com warehouse is located in New Jersey, USA.
Q. HOW LONG DOES IT NORMALLY TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
A. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday. Orders placed by 12PM ET are processed the same day. Most orders ship within 24 - 48 hours. When your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation. Our standard shipping in the continental US is via UPS (which is the most economical method), averages from 4-10 business days for delivery. If you need your purchase faster, we also offer UPS two-day shipping and UPS next day air. AlwaysForMe.com also ships internationally. International shipments (pending customs) usually arrive within 7-10 business days.
Q. WHAT DO I DO IF MY SWIMSUIT DOES NOT FIT?
A. Within the package you receive from AlwaysForMe.com will be a sheet explaining the steps to return or exchange your purchase along with a return shipping label. In the case of a return, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the garment back to our warehouse. In the case of an exchange, you will pay the cost of shipping the item back to us, and your new item will be sent via UPS ground shipping at no additional charge.*First exchange only. Q. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A. Regular full price merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days after receipt of an item if unused, unaltered, and in original condition with tags still attached. Refunds will be made for the cost of merchandise only.
No shipping charges are refunded. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Q. ARE SALE ITEMS RETURNABLE?
A. Items marked NO RETURNS are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. All other sale items may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our return policy listed above.
