This newly formed nonprofit offers free professional housecleaning services to improve the lives of women undergoing treatment for cancer. Each cancer patient qualifies for one free house cleaning a month for a total of four months.

Then, it is easy to sign up.
1. Go to the sign up page at: http://cleaningforareason.org/cancerpatients.html You can just click on the Cancer Patients tab and it will take you there.
2. Then fill out this form and submit it.
3.Then clock on Patient Waiver. Fill this out and fax it to: (972)221-7912
4. In addition, you will need to fax a letter from your doctor explaining that you will be undergoing radiation and/or chemo.
5. Within a few days, they will contact you with a match on a cleaning service in your area.

Your donations will help to support an awesome organization that helps those going through treatment by cleaning their homes for them. Each patient will qualify for one house cleaning a month for four months. Your donations will help to support this non-profit organization and help contribute to the overall expenses of running this nation wide service.

Volunteer for Cleaning for a Reason
You can volunteer two ways:

1. As a consumer
If you are a consumer and you are currently using a residential cleaning service to clean your home, please ask the owner if they're involved in the Cleaning For A Reason Foundation. If they're not, it's probably because they've never heard about us! Please direct them to our website for more information. The more maid services that join our cause, the more women can receive help during their season of treatment. Independent maid services all over America are funding this cause almost entirely from their own generosity. Please help spread the word and support corporate benevolence.

2. As a Residential Cleaning Service

Founder: Deborah Sardone, Is A 26 year veteran of the residential cleaning industry and President and CEO of Buckets & Bows Maid Service, Inc., in Lewisville, TX. Debbie is also the Past President of ARCSI (Association of Residential Cleaning Services International) for the 2007-2008 term, and is a popular speaker and maid service business consultant. She is well acquainted with the needs of women and is touched by both clients and employees experiencing the devastating affects of cancer. After being Inspired by fellow ARCSI members while speaking at a national conference, she formed the foundation in May 2006.
