The Carol Wior Collection is definitely a true "W" cut. Meaning, it is a plus size cut. For example, you can buy swimsuits that just say size 16, 18, 20, 22, 24. This means that it is a "Missy Cut" suit that runs up to a size 24. If there are sizes listed like this: 16W, 18W, 20W, 22W, 24W, this means that it is a "women's" cut. A women's cut suit is bigger in the hips, bust and waist by an inch or two depending on the vendor. The Carol Wior Collection is A WOMAN'S cut so it has the extra room.
In addition, there is extra body control sewn into the suit. So, if you want to ultimate control in a swimsuit, then Carol Wior s the suit for you. Their suits have excellent bust support.
And, you can always check the size chart for each vendor. Most vendors do not have the exact same specifications for their measurements.
