During the summer season, there is nothing better than lounging in a beach chair, soaking up the sun, and cozying up to a great book. Always For Me asked 7 fashion bloggers and influencers what they’re currently reading to give you some ideas of books to pack for your next trip to the beach.

1. Alysse Dalessandro

Alysse is currently reading a self-help book called Love Will Find You by Kathryn Alice about learning to challenge the way you think about love and relationships. Alysse told us it’s not a light read but it’s an eye-opening one! Alice’s book has inspired thousands of people to ditch previous misconceptions about finding love and explains through what she calls “the nine love magnets” how you and your soulmate will come together.

2. Allison Kimmey

At the moment, Allison is enjoying White Hot Truth by Danielle Laporte. Laporte aims to guide each reader to self-improvement through clever, humorous and relatable stories that dive into the conflicts between spiritual goals and our obsession with improvement. Laporte’s tale will encourage you to take ownership of your spiritual wisdom and self-worth, and in the end, Laporte reveals the most important truth of all: “You are your own guru”.

3. Maddy Jones

Maddy is currently reading The 5 Levels of Leadership by John C. Maxwell. Maddy believes this book is excellent for bloggers, influencers and people who are in positions where they oversee others. Being able to be a leader and continue to be one of the #squad members is not easy, Maddy says. The 5 levels in the book are Position, Permission, Production, People Development and Pinnacle, and Maxwell explains to readers how each is attainable through incremental steps to understand and increase your effectiveness as a leader.

Christina is presently indulging herself in Self Made by Nely Galan. Suze Orman writes a foreword in this Nely Galan authored piece, and Galan, a successful entrepreneur, TV producer and real estate mogul, has made helping women become self-made his mission. In doing so, he teaches you how to identify your strengths, become goal-oriented, and make your self-made dreams come to fruition.

Francis is an active reader who loves to read books that will help her gain insight. Since she needs to learn how to cook, Francis picked up Chrissy Teigen’s cookbook and it’s been easy and delicious for her thus far! Also, Francis is reading See San Francisco by Victoria Smith because she loves seeing San Francisco through Smith’s lens and learning about new locations. She hoping to start Ashley Graham’s A New Model as soon as she can and can’t wait to hear Graham’s story as a plus size model from her own typing hands.

Stacey’s current read is The Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell. This bestseller centers around the tipping point phenomenon how one person with one small idea can change the world. Gladwell explains how every big idea starts small and examines the rise in popularity of many products such as Hush Puppies shoes in the 1990s. Gladwell delves into how this phenomenon has changed the everyday lives of people all around the world and altered how people think about ideas and sell products.

Frankie is currently reading Introvert Power by Laurie A. Helgoe. Helgoe, a psychologist and introvert herself, uses this book to highlight the genius of introversion. While it may seem that being a more quiet and reserved individual is a weakness, Helgoe explains how in actuality, it is an extremely powerful strength. This book teaches introverts how to take full advantage of their often hidden strength and capitalize upon its unique powers that extroverts cannot access.
